The International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) proudly leads the charge in developing youth through the dynamic and fast-growing sport of 3×3 basketball.

Our mission is to empower young athletes and aspiring officials by:

• Organizing high-quality 3×3 youth tournaments under official FIBA regulations

• Delivering elite training experiences through hands-on camps, technical clinics, and virtual webinars

• Introducing players to the global FIBA 3×3 system, where they can earn ranking points and compete on a recognized platform across the U.S. and abroad
