The International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) has established the 3×3 program with a vision to cultivate the skills and character of young athletes through FIBA-sanctioned 3×3 basketball. Our mission is to provide training, mentorship, and dynamic tournaments that equip young players for success both on and off the court.
