Our Mission
A safe place to grow, and a team that lasts.
3x3 basketball is fast, close, and community-based. We use that energy to pull youth into positive circles — coaches who care, peers who push, and adults who listen. Skills grow, confidence builds, and neighborhoods strengthen. Every clinic and event trades idle time for purpose and pride.
The International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) empowers youth and aspiring officials through the global game of 3x3 basketball. From the streets to the world stage, we open doors for young athletes and referees to develop skills, confidence, and leadership — both on and off the court.
Through IBOA 3x3, our community program, we organize high-energy tournaments, elite training camps that prepare players for official FIBA-endorsed 3x3 competition. Through IBOA Officials, we educate and train referees in FIBA rules to ensure integrity and excellence in every game.
