Our Mission
A safe place to grow, and a team that lasts.
3x3 basketball is fast, close, and community-based. We use that energy to pull youth into positive circles: coaches who care, peers who push, and adults who listen. Skills improve. Choices improve. Neighborhoods feel it. With every clinic and event, we trade idle time for purpose and pride.
The International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) empowers youth and aspiring officials, and inspires communities through the global game of 3x3 basketball.
From the streets to the world stage, we open doors for young athletes and referees to develop their skills, confidence, and leadership — on and off the court.
Through high-energy tournaments, elite training, and powerful community partnerships, we transform passion for the game into discipline, teamwork, and lifelong opportunity.
